Email 2, Day 3 (Education):

Email 3, Day 7 (Urgency):

Go to Campaigns → Create Campaign → Email. Fill in:

Send this email manually each time you deliver photos (or set it up in Zapier to trigger automatically when you change their status in your CRM).

Make a second audience called "Past Clients." When you deliver wedding photos, move the couple to this audience.

Create an automation:

  • Trigger: Contact added to "Past Clients"
  • Email 1 (Day 0): "One thing we'd change about your wedding photos..."
  • Email 2 (Day 7): "Book your engagement session before [season] fills up"

Campaign 4: Monthly Newsletter for Past Clients

Keep past clients engaged with monthly updates:

In Mailchimp, go to Campaigns → Email → Regular Campaign.

Content ideas:

  • New session types (anniversaries, family portraits, etc.)
  • Seasonal promotions (holiday card specials, etc.)
  • Before/after photos from recent shoots (with permission)
  • Referral rewards (refer a friend, get $100 off)
  • Behind-the-scenes (new camera, travel plans, etc.)

Send on the first of every month. Couples remember you exist and stay loyal.
